We're a small family bakeshop, not a tech company — we keep things simple and we don't sell or share your information for marketing. Here's exactly what happens with your information when you use this site.

1. What This Website Collects

This website has no user accounts, no tracking cookies of our own, and no advertising.

The order builder runs entirely on your device. When you build an order, nothing is sent anywhere until you choose to send it: tapping "Text My Order" opens your own messaging app with a pre-written message, and "Copy Order" copies the text to your clipboard. You decide whether to send it.

2. What We Receive When You Order

When you send us an order by text, phone, or social media, we receive what you send — typically your name, phone number or account handle, your order, pickup day, and any notes. We use it only to prepare, confirm, and hand over your order, and to contact you about it. We don't add you to mailing lists or share your details with anyone else, except when the law requires it.

3. Service Providers

• Website hosting: This site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like most hosts, Cloudflare may process technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver the site securely. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Fonts: The site's fonts load from Google Fonts, which means Google's servers see your device's request (including IP address) when the page loads. See Google's privacy policy.
• Messaging: Texts and calls travel through your phone carrier; Instagram and TikTok messages are handled by those platforms under their own privacy policies. Standard messaging rates may apply.

4. How Long We Keep Order Messages

Order texts and messages stay in our phone or social accounts like any normal conversation. We keep them only as long as useful for fulfilling orders and simple record-keeping, then delete them in the ordinary course.

5. Keiki (Children)

Our website isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. Orders should be placed by an adult.

6. Your Choices

Want us to delete your messages or contact info from our phone? Just ask — call or text (808) 825-1497 and we'll take care of it.

7. Changes to This Policy

If we ever change how the site works (for example, adding online payments), we'll update this policy and the date above before those changes take effect.
