1. Who We Are

ʻOno Meaʻai Farmstand & Bakeshop ("we," "us," "our") is a small, family-run homemade food operation located on the Big Island of Hawaiʻi. By ordering from us or using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Homemade Food Disclosure

Made in a home kitchen not routinely inspected by the Department of Health.

Our products are prepared in a home kitchen under Hawaiʻi's homemade food rules (Hawaiʻi Administrative Rules Title 11, Chapter 50, as amended). Products are sold directly to consumers in Hawaiʻi. Each product label includes the product name, ingredient list, allergen information, our business name, and contact information as required by law.

3. Orders

• Orders placed through the website's order builder, by text, phone call, or social media message are requests — an order is confirmed only once we reply and agree on a pickup time.
• Everything is baked fresh in small batches, so items may sell out or be unavailable on a given day. If something you ordered isn't available, we'll let you know and suggest an alternative or adjust your total.
• Large or custom orders (pans, large loaves, special requests) may need extra lead time.

4. Payment & Pickup

• Payment is due at pickup unless we've arranged otherwise with you.
• Pickup location and time are confirmed when we confirm your order.
• If you can't make your pickup time, please let us know as soon as possible. Orders not picked up within a reasonable time may be released for sale.

5. Allergen Notice

Our home kitchen regularly handles wheat, eggs, milk and dairy, soy, coconut, peanuts, and tree nuts (including macadamia nuts and pecans). Even when an item doesn't list these ingredients, cross-contact is possible. If you have a food allergy or sensitivity, please tell us before ordering and read the ingredient label on every product. If you have a severe allergy, our products may not be right for you.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as you can — there's no charge for orders cancelled before we've baked them.
• Because our products are perishable, we can't accept returns.
• If something's wrong with your order, contact us within 24 hours of pickup and we'll make it right.

7. Prices & Menu

Prices and menu items on this website are current to the best of our knowledge but may change without notice. The price we confirm with your order is the price you pay.

8. Storage & Enjoyment

Our baked goods contain no commercial preservatives — they're best enjoyed the day you pick them up. Follow any storage guidance we provide. We aren't responsible for products after they leave our hands, including items stored improperly or beyond their freshness window.

9. Website

This website is provided for information and ordering convenience. We try to keep everything accurate but can't guarantee the site is always free of errors or interruptions.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continuing to order after changes means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaiʻi.
